Refund policy
Returns
We want you to love your QuickPrep Co. products. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Start a Return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [din email] with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they have been fulfilled. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
